An honest business all the way! My son dropped his mother's Toshiba laptop, shattering the screen; and Mike at Geeks R Us fixed it SAME DAY! In a couple of hours it was good as new, at the estimated price he gave us. I come from a time where a broken laptop screen meant throwing away the entire unit, so I almost just bought a new one, which we really couldn't afford. I did some research, and discovered a broken screen is a fixable problem these days. I did some more research and found out that Best Buy's Geek Squad couldn't repair it in-store; they would've had to mail it out, and then given me an estimate from someone in another state, and all of that would've cost $35 - just to get the estimate. Mike at Geeks R Us was able to give me an accurate estimate over the phone, and fixed it same day. I can't say it enough, he fixed it same day! Amazing!
