  I am long time customer. The owner, Robert, and his staff have always gone above and beyond and find reasonable solutions for my shipping concerns. Reading the negative reviews can only make me wonder if the reviewer(s) are speaking of a different UPS Store. I have never had to pay extra to use a debit or credit card. I have never seen a family (or a child) behind the counter working at this store. I don't typically write reviews but after reading the negatives I feel compelled to speak up. This is a thriving business with helpful, friendly staff.
