    The banker at this branch gave me $100 counterfeit money. I never thought I would ever received a counterfeit money from a bank but I guess this incompetent branch just did it. This is unbelievable!!!

    Update, just went to the bank and talked to them. They told me that I suppose to check the money to see if it is fake before I leave the premises and that there is nothing they can do . I even provided them the serial number of the bill but they didn't bother to do anything. The manager Alma Mejia didn't even have a courtesy to come and talk. This place seriously needs a new management.
