Exceptional service and experience at move in, so much that I decided to give into the staff insisting that I write a previous google review (slightly awkward moment as they helped me find them on google maps even though I said I could do it later). However, difficult and unwilling to help at move out. Contacted the office a few times prior to planning to vacate and the representatives never mentioned there was an option online to complete the request, rather I had to come in even though I told them it was very difficult due to my work schedule vs their office hours. The online option had I known sooner would had worked out so much differently and better, but I never knew. Back to the rant.. the unit was still vacated prior to the first of month, but because the lock wasn’t removed until the first (to prevent unit liability since police were there while we vacated due to a break in) they wouldn’t forgive the additional month of rent. Instead, I was given a phone number for the DM and was told he probably headed home already and I wouldn’t get a response for a few days. End result... paid for an entire new month even though the unit was vacated days before the end of the prior month. Very disappointed with on-site management for providing an inconsistent customer experience from start to end.
