  Took a package to be sent off in a flat rate envelope that cost $7.25. The lady told me $12.95 without scanning anything so i ask isnt thia flat rate and she's like yes its $12.95 i replied well i sent something yesterday using the same envelope and it was $7.25, in which she replies oh we have a surcharge. A surcharge which is almost double my shipping cost? Thats insane and a rip off, and honestly not sure if its legal. The receipt i was given read 1 book of stamps which isnt what i purchased. Anyways do not waste ur time here go to the post office or one of the many honest mail centers who do not charge an insane and unjust surcharge.
