  We've attended Aquatic Zone for nearly 2 years and have had experience with most if not all the instructors to some capacity. Either they've provided instruction for my son, taken my payments, provided his lane cards, something. I have never had a rude experience with any. On the other hand, they are extremely friendly, caring and so sweet! You are made aware in advance that if you miss a class and your payment hasn't been made on time, your spot will be lost. That is due to the long wait list of parents for the evening classes. I had to wait several months before I could transfer my son to the most convenient times for us.
  
  They do call you though before you're dropped, several times. You have 24 hours to return the call. I've had it happen to me, so I know the protocol and one time was enough. Also, if you leave on vacation, you can make up the class within the next year with advance notice.
  
  I've had my son in this class and also competitive swim. No one else focuses on technique as Aquatic Zone does. I love this place!
